Jillana Goble Foster Care Advocate

Jillana Goble is a speaker, author, and foster care advocate and fellow mom. Together, she and her husband have redrawn the picture of a traditional family, grafting children from hard places – and their families – into their circle. She is the founder of Every Child Oregon whose mission is to mobilize community to uplift children & families impacted by foster care. She has also authored several books, including A Love Streached Life, and No Sugar-Coating.

She describes parenting as sacred work, and finds it an honor to work with each and every family who is taking on this task of loving and caring for children from hard places. It is her deepest desire to encourage, inspire, and walk with you through it all.


Angi Soulier Parenting Coach & Educator

Angi is a parent coach & educator, and is the founder of Tetherpoint Coaching, specializing in adoption, trauma, and child development. She integrates the latest research in neuroscience and attachment theory in her coaching work. Her deepest desire is to help parents feel deeply known and supported as she walks alongside them in their parenting journey. She and her husband have two adopted children who she draws inspiration from in bringing a wealth of experience and a heart of compassion to guide parents through the challenges and joys of raising children.


Jen Shaw Replanted Ministry Leader

Jen finds joy in the little things and never ceases to be amazed watching God show up in places she’d least expect and redeem our brokenness for His glory. She and her husband, are the parents of 8 children, four of which they adopted from foster care. She’s an encourager, connector and come-alongsider. Though she has advocated in many roles over the years, she is currently the Regional Leader of the Replanted Ministry which hosts support groups with the mission to help foster and adoptive families heal, connect, and thrive.


Kim Anderson Blended Family Parent Coach

Kim Anderson and her husband Mike are the founders of Blended Family Breakthrough. Their ministry educates and supports couples living in complex family dynamics. They are marriage and parenting coaches on a mission to equip couples with essential skills and tools to lead their families with confidence, clarity, and connection.


Shelley Knebel Educator and Leader of Hope Restored

Shelley has had a long career in education and foster care advocacy. She is currently on staff at Hillcrest Church where she serves as the Children's Ministry Director and Leader for the Hope Restored Ministry, whose mission is to care for and support foster and adoptive families. Shelley and her husband have four adult biological kids and have adopted two school-age girls.
